Few years ago, after graduating from a university, when I started working full time for a consulting firm, I found myself trapped in the busyness of a working life. I had to constantly work 45+ hours every week. With very little free time I had, I was dead tired to do anything fun and useful in that time.
This isn’t just my story, rather a story of every modern day knowledge worker like you.
I decided to give a twist to this story and started to look for ways that can help me to find more time for things I love to do. Things such as playing sports, going for a movie, reading books, hanging out with friends etc. Things that normal human beings do when they live a productive and a purposeful life.
So, I went to read book after another book on productivity to make myself more efficient and productive at what I do so I can have more time for myself and my loved ones. I managed to learn number of tips and tricks behind productivity which I will be sharing with you.
Most importantly, what I learned about is psychology behind productivity. I learned things like why we do what we do and how we can change it? How we can build better habits to increase our productivity.
What are our common challenges that prevents us from being more productive.
- “I’m too busy. I don’t have time”
- “I procrastinate all the time”

- “I’m not a morning person”
- “I can’t focus and get distracted very easily”
Now, did I have any of these challenges? Of course, I did. My list was even longer than this, but I built a system to overcome all of them.
Does that mean I don’t struggle anymore? No. I still run into them here and there, but now I exactly know what to do to overcome them and I am happy to share those tactics with you.
